Building a fortified self

We often aspire to be something that is greater than our current self and this person feels like a foreigner in comparison to who we are now. We are not taught in school how to build our way towards that person. There is no map, framework, or formula provided by our parents, teachers or elders.

I am stacking 5 books that will provide the tools to build your ideal self. The word tools is most appropriate because this process involves hard work, persistence and it never ends. It requires us to be intentional and deliberate with our choices and actions. Here are those books with highlights for each.
